Love this toilet. Only feature update I would have liked is to have both lids open when you walk in as an option. I’m a single guy and #1 is more frequent than #2. The customer service is top notch. They respond quickly and are very helpful and friendly.
I don’t really know what my expectations were for this toilet when I purchased it but in all honesty it has exceeded whatever I was expecting. It has been a huge upgrade to my bathroom
I absolutely love my newfound freedom.
My scooter has made it so much easier to get out and enjoy life again. It's incredibly well built, comfortable, and dependable.
The only thing I'd note is that it's quite heavy, so having a vehicle lift makes transportation much easier. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and grateful for the independence it has given me.
I have 3 smart toilets in my house. We started with a Toto Neorest when we hird a contractor to renovate our master bath (because Toto is supposed to be the Gold Standard, right?). We next wanted to put a smart toilet in our guest bath but didn't want to shell out the hefty price of a Neorest. So we got a Deer Valley smart toilet (aroun $1000). We didn't love the Deer Valley because it flushes quite loudly. So when wanted to add a smart toilet to our main floor powder room, we tried the Horow T38P. I now wish all three were Horows. All three have the same basic features: one piece toilet with bidet, heated seat, auto open, auto flush, remote control. The Horow and Deer Valley also have the kick button on the front, which the Neorest does not. The Horow is my favorite by far (and less than a quarter of what we originally paid for the Neorest). All three flush well, but the Horow is the quietest. I installed it myself (as I did the Deer Valley), which I couldn't have done for the Neorest (which weighs 100 lbs). The Horow install was pretty straightforward. Horow uses a unique bracket system (see the manual) that took me a couple tries to figure out. But it works well. (Note that the Horow really needs your toilet drain floor flange to be the standard 1/4"--or even less--above the finished floor. My flange was rather high--about 1/2" above the finished floor--so I had to raise the Horow on toilet shims all the way around to make it work; the Horow was really unforgiving about that extra 1/4".) The Horow also has the optional cleaning fluid which we bought and are using and we like. The cleaning fluid keeps things cleaner and fresher during #2. (The manual doesn't do a very good job of explaining how to turn this function on, though. I had to watch some YouTube videos to learn how to turn that on). The Horow remote control is a bit complicated- (the Deer Valley remote is better because it's much simpler, just 4 buttons). But all in all, I wish I'd started out with a Horow. I wouldn't have bothered with the other two (and I'd have saved several grand on the Toto, which I think is just overpriced).
Excellent quality, easy to use, and performs exactly as expected. A dependable scooter that delivers a great experience.
