2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 United States

  • We currently ship to addresses located within the contiguous United States
  • We may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, freight-restricted locations, or P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery

2.2 Future Expansion

We may expand shipping to additional regions in the future. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders over $100: Eligible for free shipping, unless the product page, checkout, or freight terms state otherwise
  • Orders under $100: Subject to a flat $60 shipping charge

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Applicable sales tax and any other charges required by law may also be added at checkout.

Free shipping and standard shipping rates apply only to qualifying orders within our normal delivery zones and do not necessarily apply to special-order items, oversized items, freight shipments, remote delivery areas, or orders requiring custom delivery arrangements.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and delivered within 3 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes order handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Certain products may require additional lead time due to supplier availability, freight scheduling, product customization, location constraints, or other operational factors. Where applicable, the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation may provide a more specific estimate, which will control over the general estimate above.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, supplier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of this Policy.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are fulfilled directly by our U.S.-based supplier and manufacturer partners and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, regional carriers, freight providers, or other delivery services selected based on the item, destination, size, and shipping requirements.

5.1 Tracking

Most orders include tracking information. When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once the order has shipped from the supplier or manufacturer facility.

5.2 Freight and Large Item Deliveries

Certain products — including mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, patient lifts, and stair lifts — may ship by freight or require scheduling with the carrier. In such cases, additional delivery coordination may be necessary, and the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

5.3 Insurance and Carrier Coverage

Some shipments may include carrier insurance or limited carrier liability coverage. Availability of insurance depends on the carrier, shipping service, and product type. If a shipping issue arises, contact us promptly so we can assist with next steps.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships from our supplier or manufacturer partner, you will generally receive an email with tracking information. For freight or special delivery orders, updates may be provided directly by the carrier or through separate delivery scheduling communications.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@carewayliving.com or call 1-727-334-7884. We will review the shipment status and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier trace or further investigation with our supplier or manufacturer partner.

7.2 Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Verify that the shipping address on the order is correct
  • Check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or building management
  • Review any carrier delivery photos or notices, if provided
  • Contact us promptly so we can assist with follow-up

7.3 Damaged Packages or Items

  • Take photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product
  • Contact us as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery

Any claim for damage, defect, or wrong item is subject to review under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the details of the missing item. We will investigate the issue with our supplier or manufacturer partner and, if confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy such as shipment of the missing item or a refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable policy terms.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and return shipping obligations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because products are fulfilled directly by our supplier and manufacturer partners, approved returns must be shipped to the designated supplier or manufacturer return facility — not to our Florida business address. Return instructions provided upon approval will include the correct U.S. return address.

  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival
  • Refund timing: Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved at the supplier or manufacturer return facility
  • Original shipping charges: Shipping charges, including the $60 shipping fee for orders under $100, are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or where the return is due to our verified error

10. Address Accuracy and Delivery Access

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to the carrier. CareWay Living is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, missing apartment or suite details, inaccessible delivery locations, or failure to receive scheduled freight deliveries.

If an order is returned to sender, refused, undeliverable, or requires reshipment due to customer-provided address errors or failed delivery coordination, additional shipping, redelivery, storage, or handling charges may apply.

11. Limitation of Shipping Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareWay Living LLC shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or shipping disruptions caused by carriers, weather, supplier issues, labor disruptions, customs or regulatory holds, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our responsibility for any shipping-related claim is limited to the remedies available under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
